Who I am

This website is run by Chandni Krishnan, trading as Asmi Wellness, based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I am responsible for the personal information collected through it. You can contact me at [email protected].

What I collect

I only collect what you choose to give me, plus the technical information any website receives.

  • If you send a message through the contact form: your name, your email address, the subject and the message you write.
  • If you book a call: the details you give on the booking page (usually your name, email address and any answers you choose to add). This is handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling.
  • If you email me or work with me: the information you choose to share with me, and the records I have to keep to deliver the service.
  • When you visit the site: the website host keeps ordinary technical logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. I do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How I use it

  • To reply to your messages and enquiries.
  • To book, deliver and look after the service you ask for.
  • To keep the website secure and working.
  • To meet legal and tax obligations.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for anything you would not reasonably expect.

Who I share it with

I use a small number of trusted services to run the website and the business. They only receive the information they need to do their job, and they have their own privacy policies.

I may also share information where the law requires it. Some of these services store data outside your country, including in the United States. By using the site you understand that your information may be processed there.

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Some things you choose to open, such as a booking page, a video or a sign-up form, are run by other companies and may set their own cookies. Videos only load when you press play. Those companies have their own policies.

How long I keep it

I keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the reason it was collected, and for as long as the law requires me to keep business records. When it is no longer needed it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave. To do any of these, email [email protected]. I will reply within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your local privacy regulator. I will help with any request that the law entitles you to make.

Children

This website and the services on it are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
