These terms apply to your use of this website and to the coaching services offered by Chandni Krishnan, trading as Asmi Wellness. By using the website or booking a service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who the services are for

The services are for adults aged 18 or over. You are responsible for deciding whether they are right for you.

What I offer

The services are described on this website. The exact scope, price and timing of any paid service are agreed with you in writing before it starts.

What coaching is and is not

Coaching is a partnership to help you think, plan and act. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice or financial advice, and it does not replace any of them. If you are dealing with a health or mental health concern, please speak to a qualified professional.

I cannot promise any particular result. Your results depend on many things, including the effort you put in. Stories and testimonials on this website are real examples of what some people have experienced and are not a guarantee that you will get the same.

Booking, payment, cancellation and refunds

The payment, cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for each service are set out in the written agreement or invoice that you accept before the work begins. If they differ from anything on this website, the written agreement applies.

Free resources and content

The content on this website, including the text, images, videos and downloads, belongs to Chandni Krishnan or is used with permission. You may use free resources for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell or share them as your own, or publish them elsewhere, without written permission.

Using the website

Please use the site lawfully and fairly. Do not try to disrupt it, break into it, or use it to send spam. The site may contain links to other websites. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for them.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Chandni Krishnan is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of income or profit, that comes from using this website or the services. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Alberta. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that place, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. A change does not affect a paid service already agreed, unless you accept it.
